Ioannis Orfanos, an investment management and advisory professional based in London with more than 15 years of combined track record in real estate, development and energy efficiency projects. In his current capacity, Ioannis is advising on energy efficiency investments, financing and incentivization. He is also advising on strategies for sustainable value creation in property portfolios. Ioannis has originated and structured value-add real estate and energy efficiency investments. In the past, he worked in London for Europa Capital Partners, where he oversaw its development investments in Europe, and for Deloitte, where he was advising on real estate occupation and capital programmes. Ioannis has also worked for Citigroup in Rome. Ioannis has a civil engineering background and holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc from University College London.

Vlasis Souflis, an investment origination and fund raising professional based in London specialised in energy efficiency and renewable projects. Vlasis has been engaging with Lightsource RE in its international business development and also in deploying its investment capital in solar power projects in UK, Western Europe, US and India. Previously, Vlasis was advising on fund raising a clean tech company. He has worked for Conning Asset Management in the management and administration of two funds. Prior to Conning, Vlassis worked for Foresight Group in Rome. Vlasis holds an MBA from Bocconi in Milan and a BSc in Physics.

Nick Kountouriotis, a chartered surveyor and an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in Athens. He brings real estate valuations, property management and technical due diligence expertise. Nick has managed in the past commercial property portfolios. He has also participated in a big number of real estate valuation projects, investment appraisals and market studies. Nick holds an MSc from University of Reading and a BSc in Mathematics.

George Vitoulas, an MRICS experienced project management professional based in Athens with more than 10 years of international experience in project management, engineering and technical advisory consulting. He has delivered a number of high profile commercial real estate projects for major corporates and investors with energy efficiency being a main deliverable. In the past, George worked within Atkins Group in London and Athens, including 3 years for Faithful+Gould. George holds an MSc from University College London and MEng in Civil Engineering.
