Green Value Associates is an investment management and advisory services boutique. It consists of an executive team, based in London and Athens, who is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development and project management. The members of the executive team also work on client projects based on their area of expertise.

GVA maintains a network of more than 15 associates in its geographies of operations, who support its client project work on a contractual basis. Its associates are mostly independent professionals and subject-matter experts of different seniority and background. They have direct experience in Sustainable Real Estate Investments, Property Valuations, Green Labeling, Facility Management, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), Renewables, Energy Efficiency, Project Finance, EU Structural Funding and Equity Placements.

GVA sustains a network of corporate partners consisted of LDK Consultants, EnergyDeck and Arbitrage Real Estate. Through this network, GVA has access to more than 80 specialised professionals in engineering consulting, real estate advisory and energy ICT monitoring. GVA maintains business relationships with specialised consultancies, equipment vendors and EPC contractors, too. GVA works also closely with investors and other financial institutions, who are interested in sustainable real estate and energy efficiency projects.
